About Christopher
Hello,
My name is Christopher Cameron. I was born and raised in San Diego. I started playing basketball back in fourth grade and played some community college ball. I still have a lot of love for the game of basketball.
Over the past six years I have been working for the YMCA of San Diego County. My primary focus is our basketball program at the Peninsula YMCA. I have had the opportunity to coach youth sports and also our competitive basketball team.
During my time with the YMCA I got the chance to meet famlies interested in one on one training and never really thought about it. Since then I have been working with a couple kids aging 6-17years old. I primarily focus on everything from shooting to dribbling to strength and conditioning.
Growing up basketball has taught me a lot of things that also pertains to life such as discpline, hard work and also teamwork. I feel with whatever success we have in our lifetime. It is our duty to send the elevator back down and teach the next generation the core values that were taught to us.
