About Robert
I’m very passionate about basketball,track, football,fitness,strength and agility training. I’ll help my students first built their confidence in themselves because I know thats very important and will be a huge part of their skill and athletic development.I’m a former 3 sport high school standout from Kentucky. I started playing basketball in 5th grade. Played AAU traveling basketball for 6 years so I’ve traveled to many states and faced a lot of great players and have played with a lot of players who’ve made it to D1 schools and some pro. I played varsity basketball as a freshman. My junior and senior year I helped led my team to 2 back to back district and regionals championships and 2 state appearances. We were the number 1 team in the state. In 2 years will only lost 6 games. Out of 16 teams we made it to the final 4 game my senior year and lost our fight by 6. I won most improved and 6 man of the year. I also won most athletic my senior year. I had the option to play college baseball. I started playing football in 8th grade. I played and lettered in varsity football my freshman year. I made all state and all stars my senior year with many college offers. I ran track for 2 years my first year I made it to state for high jump and for the 4x1 and 4x4 relays. Had college offers for track as well. So I have a lot of experience in the sports and fitness world. I’m passionate about coaching and training and want to insure that my clients make progress.
I enjoy everything about the work I do. I enjoy meeting new people and inspiring them and coaching them to better themselves in whatever area it may be from sports training, to fitness and strength and conditioning training I just really enjoy helping!
People just reached out to me wanting to know how to get how I am and I offered to help them out.
