About MOHAMMAD MIZANUR
It is my pleasure to inform you that I completed (22nd September 2023) my PhD at Saitama University, Japan in the Department of School of Science and Engineering. I worked as a researcher at Saitama University, where I was carrying out additional studies in the same division. I am working as a post-doctoral researcher at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. I completed my undergraduate and post graduate in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in the University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. The teaching experiences I possess as well as the papers I have published in international journals (19), peer-reviewed journal papers (3), and abstracts (more than 10) at international conferences have already demonstrated my potential as an academician.

I always try to give my students enough time to express their ideas. Here are some of my personal views related to teaching:
1. A teacher should be a good learner and listener. It is not possible for a person to know everything. I need to have a deep interest in learning.
2. Professionalism and enthusiasm: To be a teacher these two things are most important. Teaching is a very noble profession. A teacher should carry moral characteristics because he can become an idol for many students
3. Independent and cooperative. A teacher should make decisions independently. A teacher should try to generate ideas and need to implement those independently. Teamwork is a much more necessary thing in teaching.
