About Rashmi
During my undergraduate career, I worked as a tutor for the science department at California State University, Northridge. I was able to develop my methods to best teach every type of learner by tutoring hundreds of peers a week. From there, I became a freelance tutor and have been doing it ever since. I have tutored students of all age ranges and in multiple fields within science and social studies. I have a bachelors in biology and a masters in hospital administration.

I like to figure out where the student stands and what is troubling them. From here, I can see how much help the student needs and what the best approach will be. If a student is just struggling with one topic, I can help break it down in a way that makes sense and help them master it. If the student is struggling with the overall concept of the course, I would come up with my own study plan that covers the curriculum.
