About Denisse

In the last 20 years I have developed many skills while building and growing small buisinesses, services among others. The skills range from sales, business strategy, development, growth and negotiations. In the last three years I have used these skills to develop a successful Real Estate business by using the same skills I've developed. It is my greatest interest to help others achieve this indepence.

I love helping others. In the different ventures I have created I found that the products and services offer gain and happiness to our clients. It is reqarding to see them grow, be happy and content.

I have always enjoyed helping others to learn since I was younger. It is a passion.

I studies educational agronomy and have a minor in Small Business Development. I have worked in training and procedure development in various positions that I have held in the past 30 years.

About the lesson

I introduce myself and gain confidence. I ask questions to establish what goals need to be set as well as benchmarks. Once we develop these goals and benchmarks I develop a teaching plan for each student with work, projects among others.

I have worked from school age to adults.

I would suggest he speak with two to three candidates and choose the one he/she feels more comfortable with and that they provide a good teaching strategy. Mosgt importantly that they make themselves available.

During the coronavirus epidemic my spouse was forced to leave his work working at a homeless shelter. His elderly mom and sister live with us and he didn't want to risk their health. In the first week we tried purchasing masks for the family and found it difficult. We decided to make our own and I found a design by a doctor that was being used by hospitals worldwide. I brought out my sewing machine and craft materials and designed our first masks. Without his knowledge I filmed a video of the masks and placed it in social media advertising the masks. In the first three weeks we made over 800 masks and made $3500 in sales. We continue taking orders. This has introduced my husband to e-commerce and he is excited to start this new project. I am currently teaching him the development of an e-commerce site using platforms like Amazon and ebay.
