About Delores
With over 20 years of tutoring experience, I am passionate about helping students achieve their educational goals. Other expertise are Academy Director, Mentor, Business Analysis, and I am presently pursuing the doctorate in Organizational Developement and Leadership. The teaching pattern, students are provided with educational and experience tools to help them fill their educational gap.
The daily classes provide students with a unique learning experience. However, some students still require one-on-one attention. It has always been my passion to help others, and sharing my education and work experience has allowed me to guide students in achieving their educational goals.
I have a Master's degree in Business Administration, with expertise in Marketing. I am affiliate with Honor Society, Inc., Golden Key International Honour Society, and the CHAMPS Mentoring Program, a program offered by the University of Arizona Global Campus. Other educational training is twenty plus years of tutoring.

To help the student achieve their educational goals, I will use my educational and professional experience.I will provide daily and weekly tutoring support Monday - Sunday, 365 days a year excluding holidays. An extra fee is charged for private sessions.
I have worked with students who struggle to learn from their teachers, as well as students who require one-on-one tutoring.
Asking all the questions, creating a buddy system, observing and taking notes, networking, creating a professional wardrobe, cleaning up your social media, taking small bites, keeping an agenda for notes, and finding your marigold.
Recently, I had the pleasure of tutoring a student who was preparing for their final presentation of a business establishment. The assignment was to conduct a SWOT analysis. She contacted me to let me know she received an "A" on her presentation.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Questioning should be used to achieve well-defined goals. An instructor should ask questions that will require students to use the thinking skills that he or she is trying to develop. Bloom's Taxonomy is a hierarchical system for ordering thinking skills from lower to higher, where each level requires a student's mastery of the skills below it.
