About Ron
I am a former school teacher, collegiate tutor, and business executive who has a passion for developing others. I have obtained my undergraduate degree, law degree, and an MBA from major universities. I am a positive person who believes that hard work and perseverance lead to success.
I gain the most satisfaction by helping students understand concepts or subjects that they previously had found boring or struggled with comprehension.
There is no better feeling than helping others succeed.
Tutoring athletes in undergrad and during law school led me to getting my teacher's certification.

Learn about their background and current challenges with the subject. Set goals on where they would like to improve, and review the material making sure to use plenty of examples and stories to help with understanding and comprehension of the subject being taught.
From college athletes with learning disabilities to 8th grade honors students. I have worked with a wide variety of students.
Many people understand content, but what you should look for is someone with a passion for developing others and someone who genuinely cares about the student's comprehension and success.
I review my children's homework on a nightly basis. They are in 5th and 6th grade and both have dyslexia. I always feel a tremendous amount of joy and satisfaction when we discuss a topic or lesson and I see them excited about learning and understanding the assignment.
