About Mark

My response time to my students is exceptional. I make every attempt to respond to a student request immediately after I receive the request. The goal is to respond to the student when they are "in the moment!"

I enjoy everything about what I do. I do not consider what I do to be a job, it is and always will be a passion!

I began teaching after being a Professional Tutor at my local community college. Through providing my tutor services, my students continually told me that I should teach. As a result, I have found my true passion for both tutoring and teaching.

I have a Master's in Business Administration along with six years of professional tutuoring at the community college level.

About the lesson

My job is to assist the student in learning the material, not give the student the answer to the problem. I will provide examples, definitions, and other support material to the student to help assist the student in understanding the process to acheive the understanding of the material.

I have mainly worked with college level students in business, math, and computer courses.

Please find a tutor that is quick to respond to your request for assistance. Find a tutor that can assist you while you are in the moment, not days later. Please understand that a tutor should never give you the answer to your problem, this will not educate you in the subject matter. The job of a tutor should always be to assist the student in understanding the subject.

I am always fond of the "I get it" moment. There is nothing more satisfying than to see the students eyes light up as they finally acheive an understanding of the subject matter.
