About Francis
I take reward in seeing children start out something they cannot concour, and the sense of accomplishment they feel after successfully mastering their plan. I take pride and my work and the service I provide. I own several successful business, including a home decor store and Funiture online store. I love teaching and would love to share my knowledge with people.
Before getting starting with each student/client, I usually engage in conversation with them about their day. Share a few laughs and eventually allow them to open up to me about what they struggling with and what they need help with. I then try to create a relax and comfortable atmosphere for them to begin overcoming their fears and mastering their craft.
My experience is my own personal education background as well as after school tutoring with my son and his friends. I also own my own online stores and machine shop. I also help student and clients on a daily basis that I come across who needs help with getting their business off the ground. I have been in the industry for over 10 years, so I know what I'm doing, but I am humble enough be learn something new everyday.

When working with new clients I usually take a step back and assist what level the student is at, inquiring then make my own evaluation on what their needs are, then create an individualized a teaching plan to help clients get to their goals.
During my time in the industry, I have worked with all types of individuals. I have worked with beginners and experts, people who just need a little help and guidance and people who just tend to complicate things a bit to much and I just have to simplify it for them to see the light. Everybody id good and something, but no one is good at everything. Hopefully whatever it is that you're not good at, I am good at it and I can help you execute it properly.
I would advice the students to review the teacher or tutors background, inquire about their teaching methods and see if it is conduesive to their learning needs. Also read some of their reviews from past clients.
I recent event I was fond of is when I was able to help and single mother get her business off the ground. She had a website and was struggling with sale because she didn't know how to do SEO or have the funds to do proper marketing for her website. I told her about Etsy and another platform where she can sell her products, I set up her Etsy shop did her SEO, did her logo, tags, title etc.. and now she makes over $5K a month. Now she can provide for herself and her kids. This is just one of many success stories I have.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
When a student approaches a teacher or tutor about his or her needs, they should ask how successful have they been in teaching this particular category, and or students with particular needs and how confident they are in helping the student accomplish their goal.
