Perfect! I'm very happy I decided to step out of my comfort zone and reach out to Katrina with The Empowered Kitchen. I am not comfortable cooking and I really don't enjoy it. I decided it was time to change my attitude and experience in the kitchen and I wanted to include my two daughters as well. From the start, Katrina has been professional, kind, reliable, knowledgeable, organized and she listened to my needs and wants. She has also been completely non-judgemental regarding my skills and knowledge, which made me feel comfortable from the start. I usually dread spending time in the kitchen (and shopping) but I actually enjoyed myself and I learned so much! Katrina made it fun and low-stress -- I actually felt relaxed! My girls had fun and learned a lot, too! There were many new flavors for them and I'm happy they tried several new foods! Everything we prepared was delicious! All of us cooking together, with Katrina as our teacher, was a wonderful, bonding family experience. Thank you, Katrina! I can't wait to see what we do in our next cooking class!
