About La Sheonda
Create dinners that save money or are quick and easy to prepare or to follow your new meal plan, all while keeping everything delicious and satisfying for the whole family. Any type of cuisine, any budget, any amount of time-or almost none at all! Years of cooking for a family of five (and sometimes six!), plus catering parties, baking for weddings and birthday parties, and developing weekday meal preps for busy families. I was a classroom teacher and busy mom. I found lots of great shortcuts and hacks to create delicious easy meals on a dime. I started sharing with friends who referred me to their networks when they lived my results.
I worked at Super Suppers, creating meals for busy clients. Also cater parties, bake for weddings, have been commissioned to bake/decorate birthday cakes, and have led make and take workshops for busy moms to meal prep for their families.

Consult to create menu for lessons. Agree on who will source ingredients. Conduct make and take sessions with student. They will start by watching me, then we will work together, and finally the student will work virtually independently to create their own meal, all while having me to consult and be their biggest cheerleader!

Make sure you can transition from watching the instructor and relying on their experience and expertise, over to being able to confidently and independently prepare meals on your own.
I catered a party for a friend. Loved the feedback from her and the guests she hosted at her gathering. Served jalapeño poppers, pork tenderloin, and roasted new potatoes. Finished off the festivities with chocolate chip muffins.
