About Sadaf

I am a licensed Registered Dietitian taking a root cause approach in helping clients reach their health goals. I utilize genetic testing to develop a truly personalized approach and have high success rates with this approach.

After years of suffering from many health issues and not getting acceptable answers from doctors, I decided to look at holistic and functional nutrition to heal myself. I was successful in my mission and decided to do a career change so I can help others reduce their suffering the way I did. I now love working with people interested in taking a proactive approach in preventing or better managing chronic conditions. Helping people optimize their health and seeing them live lives with reduced pain and more time doing the things they enjoy most has been and continues to be truly fulfilling.

I am an Licensed Registered Dietitian and am training in reading genetic testing results. I am an Integrative and Functional Medicine practitioner and take a root cause approach to help find the cause of the issue rather than just symptom management. I specialize in Type 2 Diabetes management, weight loss, gut & brain health and optimizing sexual health.

About the lesson

Understanding my clients needs are very important to their success. To better help me meet those needs I conduct an initial free 15 min call to see what they need help with. I then schedule and conduct another more in depth free 1 hour call to understand their health concerns and goals, discuss my plan options as well as genetic testing and see if we are a good fit for each other. All appointments are conducted via ZOOM.
