About Henriette
Hello and nice to meet you. I am the Nanny Chef. Not everyone is confident when it comes to cooking and others are just plain scared of cooking anything. Some just want to learn a new skill. Whatever your reasons, I hope we can do some cooking together. I have been cooking family meals for over 10 years. I enjoy cooking and teaching others culinary skills from children to adults. I have a degree in nutrition and a background in culinary arts. Although I love cooking healthy meals I do occasionally indulge in a naughty recipe like Chocolate Ice Cream Cupcake. We chop, we slice, we stir and we have fun. I hope to see you in your kitchen soon. TNC
My passion for cooking allows me to share my knowledge and cooking skills to others. I enjoy seeing the confidence that my students develop in the kitchen as they learn new skills.
