About Michele

Hello,

Thank you for viewing my profile. I have been fortunate to work under 2 James Beard award winning Chefs. Culinary Arts and teaching is my passion. I like to make it fun at all levels and can tailor lessons to whatever you prefer to learn. I can host in your home for large to small groups or you can come to mine. I do all kinds of teaching and events, from bridal parties, wine pairings, children's cooking classes, team building, private lessons etc... I have been in the Culinary Industry for over 25 years. I have owned 3 fine dining restaurants and have taught Culinaty Arts at the college level for over 5 years. Let me know what you are interested in and reach out to me!

I enjoy all aspects of Culinary Arts, whether it's hosting an event, wine pairing, teaching groups or private lessons, Farmer's market excursions, you name it!

I have been an Executive Chef for over 20 years, so teaching was/is in my blood. I have taught Culinary Arts for over 5 years at the college level, but teach all ages!

I have been an Executive Chef for over 20 years, Classically French trained Chef, Culinary graduate. I have owned and operated 3 fine dining restaurants and have taught Culinary Arts at the college level for over 5 years. I have a degree in nutrition and holistic health as well.

About the lesson

I like to tailor my lessons to what my student would like to learn. I give them a recipe and we work together, as I explain and demonstrate techniques while student maintains a hands on approach.

I have worked with all ages of students, from beginners to advanced. From children to adults.

I offer a complimentary consultation. It is important to make sure you connect on some level. Cooking is personal but should always be fun and informative!

I am always fond of the Farmer's Market and fresh food!
