About Lynn
Hello, my name is Lynn and I am a Graphic Designer and Art Director based out of California. I have A Bachelor's of Fine Arts from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA. I have tutored several academic topics but mostly in Math subjects ever since I was in High School. I also tutor folks using software programs such as Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, HTML/CSS, Squarespace, Wordpress, Elementor, etc.).

I started teaching friends, collegues, and even family members to strengthen their skills in design programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, Procreate, Wordpress, and Squarespace for 7 years now.
I graduated from Art CenterCollege of Design in Pasadena, California with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. I have been designing for almost 10 years.

I start by asking what their current experience is with the topic getting help with. Once I asses this, I am able to teach at the level or speed best suited for the student. More specifically I would also ask what the main goal is during the tutoring session for example, answering specific questions or strengthening skills overall.
Highschool, college, and general folks.
There are no formulas in graphic design. There are multiple ways to create something. There is no wrong or right way, but there are faster and more effiecient ways. Every designer expert has their own methods on how to achieve their results.
For example:
To eliminate a background of an image on photoshop you have these options:
A. Use the Eraser tool and manually erase the background.
B. Use the Magic Wand or Quick Selection tool to select the background and hit Delete on your keyboard.
Both answers are correct, but Answer B is the fastest and more efficient way to delete a background off of an image.
I recently designed the branding packaging of an organic energy bar called TZAMPAS that hit all organic grocery stores throughout Germany.
