Knowing how to learn is more important than knowing what to learn. Immersive, interactive and engaging mentoring experiences have the best results. Gentle handholding and nudging the student in the right direction is what I do in all my 1:1 meetings. I do not call the sessions, classes or lectures or course work, rather I call them 'meetings' where the student and I meet to discuss topics of common interests and those required to clear the target exams. The student as a result, without even realizing is actually learning all the concepts while building a solid foundation. The approach I follow is completely different from conventional classroom teaching.
