About Amelia
Hi friends! I started tutoring in high school and continued throughout college. I provide step by step explanations to problems and can help you troubleshoot testing strategies to improve your scores! I have earned a BS in Public Health from Santa Clara University and I'm an EMT applying to nursing schools. I would love to help you on your journey :)
I have a BS in Public Health with minors in Biology and Women & Gender Studies along with an associates degreee in Liberal Arts. I've also been tutoring for eight years! So I can help students with everything from science and math problems to essay writing and test prep!

I normally check in first and see which aspects of the class or test is giving them the most trouble. I also will ask a few questions about their learning style and what works for them so that I can tailor my tutoring to be the most effective.
