About Annaliese

I was originally just working with children, babysit, help in different Sunday schools and then I got an opportunity when I was in Kyiv to teach English and after that I fell in love with teaching people English. 



I am in process of getting a TEFL certification. I also was working for an English speaking school in Ukraine,Kyiv called JD school and had trainings.

Depending on the child and their level of English. We will begin with a small test to see where their English level is. Also getting to know how the child learns best is definitely important. For example if they learn best with someone that just teaches directly to them, or if the student needs to be active during the lesson. 



I work with ages from 2yrs - 10yrs old. Now I am starting to work with 13-20 yr olds. 



I would definitely suggest for them when they look for a teacher to make sure they enjoy the teachers values and how they teach, make sure the teacher has a goal, Open minded, Energetic, enjoys teaching, and wants the student to be successful. 



I recently went to an art museum and I really enjoyed it. I Would love to go too more and see different types or art.

I think the student should ask the teacher : Why do you enjoy teaching? What is your end goal with(the specific student) and also what are the teachers goals in general? How much time do you want to put into teaching? And why do you think learning a language is important?

For teaching students outside of the states my price would be $20.00-24.00 an hour and for in the United States $16.00-19.00 an hour.
