About Steffie
I am a recent law school graduate looking to aid in students online learning during this difficult time. I have tutored for several years in my free time including all academic levels from elementary school through to law school. I specialize in English, social studies, and basic math courses. I also am proficient in Italian and Spanish for those needing to learn basic languages. Additionally, I was a lead camp counselor at a children's camp for 7 years during summers and a nanny for a family with 4 children. I love working with all ages of children from age 4-18 and love to make learning fun, interactive, and unique to each student.
I was an academic tutor in high school, college, and in law school. I tutored in a variety of subjects ranging from english and math to philosophy, Italian, and law. Additionally, I was a lead camp counselor for 7 summers where I worked daily with children, ages ranging from 4 to 16, and learned to teach all different types of children.
I am CPR/AED and first aid certified.

I believe that each student requires a different learning style, so an important step for each meeting with a new student will be discussing their academic needs, goals that they want or need to reach, and establishing a schedule and routine for us to follow together. It is essential for me to build a good rapport with my students and their families so that way there is a level of trust and transparency to make learning both fun and stress-free.
