About Zoha
I am a college student majoring in education with a minor in English, with goals of becoming a profound elementary teacher post graduation. I am currently a substitute teacher with experience in working with students from kindergarten up to 12th grade. I always seem to connect with many students on all levels, and I owe that to currently being enrolled in classes at my university that really teach me how to be the best teacher possible. A strong-suit that can also be considered a weakness of mine is not giving up on any students ability to learn something no matter how hard or how long it takes. I believe that every child deserves an equal opportunity to learn and comprehend in school, so if that means having a tutor to help them, I would love to be that person for them.
I have had a passion for teaching since I was a senior in high school, I took a class where I became a teacher apprentice. I then pursued a degree in education and have been student teaching since then, and now I work as a substitute as well.
I currently have an Associates Degree in elementary education, working toward a Bachelors degree in elementary education. I am a substitute teacher working with students of all ages in all different subject areas.

I start by making sure the student feels comfortable with letting me teach them before anything. This is followed by me inquiring what they struggle with, and figuring out what style they learn best with. Once all this information is known, it makes it really simple to connect and really make a difference with the student.
Students of all ages, ranging from elementary to high school.
I would advise that student to really figure out what teaching style works best for them, and make sure it matches that teacher's pedagogy.
