About Noelle

I’ve taught in the US, China as well as Dubai. I have been teaching for 5 years. I have a Masters in English Education. I have taught students from ages 3-18 years old. Learning should be both challenging and fun. My motto is that no student should leave my class at the same level that they entered. Every student can learn and excel.

I help my students achieve their goals by first learning about the difficulties that students may be facing and why. From there, we tackle the problem together and I teach students ways and tricks that they can use to help them succeed.

I have helped students pass the NYS English regents exam. I created a speech club in order to help students with their presentation skills, which is an important skill to have.

I am enthusiastic and like to help my students discover that they know more than they think they know. I love to encourage students to be confident in themselves. I’m here to help my students realize their greatness!

I have a masters in secondary education. I am also TEFL certificatied which means I can teach English as a second language.

About the lesson

Ask students about who they are, what their background is, what do they struggle with, what things interest them, etc. I try to make the first lessons very student centered as to make sure the student knows that I’m not just here to talk at them.
