About Gumby
A San Jose Institution since 2009, we have taught thousands of students.
We specialize in working with new students, and have brought new students all the way up through competitive black belts and instructors.
Founder Alan "Gumby" Marques is renowned for being the voice of Jiu Jitsu in America.
I love building students up and seeing their confidence grow as they see how deep an art Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is. I love being the conduit for people into the larger world wide community of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
