About Thomas
I teach tailor-made Senior Fitness exercise sessions online to individuals or groups for functional "strength and balance" after direct approval from their Health Care Team (Primary Physician, Therapists, etc.) and keep in contact with that Health Care Team as to the client's progress. I teach both seated chair exercises and standing exercises. I have my American Council on Exercise Certification as a Group Fitness Instructor and certificate as a Senior Fitness Specialist. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer through International Fitness Association. I am also a Silver Sneakers FLEX Instructor.
I enjoy helping people improve their quality of life by improving their health so they may easily perform the necessary "activites of daily living".
I am an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Group Fitness Instructor, an "ACE" Certificated Senior Fitness Specialist, an International Fitness Association Certified Personal Trainer and a Silver Sneakers FLEX Instructor.

I usually consult first with the student through a telephone call. After determining what the client needs, I send them the necessary medical forms to fill out, send those forms to their Health Care Team (Primary Physician, Therapists, etc.) for approval. Upon approval from the Health Care Team, I tailor-make an individualized exercise plan, set up a time convenient for the client and begin teaching them via ZOOM, Google Hangout or Facebook Video Chat.
