About Kirk

I have learned over the years that each student learns differently, so I have developed a way to adapt my lessons to work with each individual. I am easy going and I like to make the session fun. I also solicit feedback from my students, so that I can continually improve and make the next learning experience even better.

I have had a passion for the game of golf for almost 40 years, and nothing brings me more fulfillment than helping my students increase their playing enjoyment and confidence on the course.

My lessons cost $70.00 per hour, and I teach in Palm Coast at the Grande Reserve Golf Club. I look forward to working with you on improving your golf game!

My love for the game prompted my desire to help struggling golfers throughout the years. Once I witnessed their skill level and enjoyment increase, I knew then that teaching professionally was my calling and decided to work in the golf industry.

I have been instructing as an Air Force trainer and manager for 22 years and I have been teaching golf for close to 40 years. I am also in the PGA program.

About the lesson

I like to use some time to get to know my new students: physical limitations (if any) and goals as a golfer. I then evaluate a student's swing. And finally, I teach the appropriate setup/swing corrections through a process of swing thoughts, visualization and execution.

All ages 10 years old and above. All skill levels.

Make sure the instructor is a good fit with your personality and preferences for instruction. If not, keep looking for the one that works best for you.

The recent PNC challenge is one of my favorite venues to watch, I like to see family members competing alongside their perspective touring professionals.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What are your goals as a golfer?

What is your commitment level to practice?

Perfect! Kirk was super patient from the start of working with me. I had been playing for a few years and had developed a few bad habit. After watching me take some swing and encouraging me, Kirk began to take a course of action to correcting my swing plane. We went through different drills, and Kirk was very flexible in his teaching. If one way of describing something did not make sense to me, he would pivot until we found a drill that stuck. After a few lesson over a period of time, we have put some great work into both my Iron and Driver swing, and I have seen much improvement and consistency.

Whether you are new to the game of golf, or a low handicap trying to get back into form, I would highly recommend kirk. He is great to work with and his schedule is flexible. I still have lessons every know and then when I need a tune up and pick up on something new each time we work together.

Perfect! Kirk is my golf instructor at the Grand Reserve Golf Club. He has been wonderful to work with and learn from. His professionalism and expertise really sets him apart. Kirk is friendly, kind, encouraging and very patient. He makes you feel comfortable and excited about taking on such a challenging sport (and he knows his stuff). I especially like the fact that he provides a written recap of the lessons taught.

I'm really looking forward to having future lessons with Kirk Williams.

Kirk Williams is highly recommended for golf lessons.
