Growing up, I was fortunate to receive a lot of tutoring to get to the point that I am at now. I would love to go full circle and help other students the same way I was.
I've always enjoyed teaching. It feels really good to see it "click" in someone's eyes when they understand something. Throughout my time in school, tutoring my friends and classmates as well as being tutored by them was common in order for us to all succeed. Over time, it developed into a skill and a passion.

I would like to get to know the student better. I would find out why he/she is interested in the subject they're asking me to tutor and set reasonable goals/objectives to meet over a period of time. This will the baseline to see if we're on the right track and can show the progress the student has made.
