Ben has been Great. I went to him to get a better sense of theory in order to help write better songs, and know why I do what I do works and does not work. I am a self taught musician/songwriter that has some how managed to sell a lot of records, win some awards for songs I've written, and play in bands with folks that tour the world professionally as Grammy nominated musicians. However, I don't really know what I am doing (being self taught). Ben has helped to break this down in a way that makes sense to someone with basically no theoretical knowledge of what I have "learned" over the years.
