About Paul
I have a degree in classical guitar but my specialty is the music of India. I also love to sing songs especially "old standards" folk and some pop. I can play some blues but really haven't paid my dues for the Blues. Most recently I've been practicing Bossa Nova. I really enjoy teaching. I learn so much. I'll guide you in the direction you want to go. If I can't teach it or you don't improve i'li tell you.

Each student is different depending on the music they like and the level they are at. For beginners it starts with proper hand and sitting position. Then some hand exercises. Next, for classical guitarists is a simple and not too difficul composition. For song singers we practice a song. We also take time to understand some music theory.
All kinds; children, oldsters, the disabled and the tone deaf.
Know what kind of music you want to learn and be open to many styles. Practice at least 20 minutes every day.
Learned a Bossa Nova chord progression. Then I recorded a video of my home and me going to the local swimming hole. I added the music to the video and posted it on YouTube.

Details
Not really. As a socialist it depend on how much the student can afford. For beginners who want to check it out it's free. I give you something to work on and see if you like it and are willing and able to put in the time to master it. I would like to get $40 per lesson.
