About Belcy
Hello, I’m Ms. B! I’ve been in the education field since 2016. Of those 10 years of experience, I have spent five tutoring elementary and middle school students. The other five years have been spent in and out of the classroom as an undergraduate, graduate, and most recently, certified teacher.
I have such a joy for teaching and tutoring! My students would describe me as being very passionate, knowledgeable, and creating a fun environment for learning.
I have a bachelors in History with a double minor in Creative Writing and Africana Studies. Additionally, I have a masters in Social Science Education for grades 6-12 (US History, World History, Sociology, Psychology, etc.).
I intend to not only assist students in their studies, but encourage them to be better motivated students and more compassionate individuals.
