About Olivia

I am currently getting certified as a Therapeutic Riding Instructor and have lots of patience getting people through their fears. I absolutely LOVE teaching anyone and everyone. I have 5+ years working with loads of special needs and able bodied riders. I also have tons of experience in beginner lessons all the way to intermediate-advanced. English and Western. Willing to also just work on the ground: ground work, grooming, care of horse, etc.

I absolutely love making people confident and putting smiles on everyone's faces. Horses teach so many life lessons and make so much magic in life. It's fantastic to be able to be apart of all of it.

I fell in love with teaching because it's done so many good things in my life and I just wanted to do the same thing for all my students.

I have been riding horses since I was a kid. Leased horses for a while until I was sure I had the education to own one. I have owned my horse for about 5 years now and he is a great horse to learn how to ride. I have been teaching lessons more seriously the last couple years and am very close to being certified as a therapeutic riding instructor through PATH intl.

First time lessons consist of learning how to properly groom and tack a horse. Once on the horse we work on getting a balanced seat and riding with correct equitation. As lessons progress we will work on specialized riding. I.e. barrel racing, western pleasure, jumping, English pleasure, bridleless.
