About Evening
Hello my name is Evening and I would be delighted to help you on your Japanese or English learning journey. In 2018 I spent 10 months in Japan while taking classes at a local highschool and playing on the volleyball team. Prior to this experience I self-studied for 2 years and continued to take college level japanese classes when I returned. I currently work with a family that predominantly communicates in Japanese and things have gone smoothly thus far. If you are interested in Japanese but are unsure where to start in your studies or just need some accountability, then I am the person for you!
First and foremost I enjoy sharing my love for Japanese with other like-minded individuals. I am happy to help them take steps towards their goals of learning the language and maybe even traveling there one day. I can provide not only grammatical corrections but also answer questions about highschool culture and Japanese day to day life. Ultimately, I enjoy being a bridge between cultures!
