About Chris
Shifu Chris brings authentic Chinese Kung Fu as he learned while living twelve years in China, directly to you. If you study with Shifu Chris you will be learning authentic Shaolin Kung Fu, as trained in Songshan Shaolin Henan China. Shaolin is the birth place of martial arts. This is a rare opportunity. If you can't go to China let it come to you.
Having spent 36 years practicing the martial arts, I believe it has many life changing benefits for its students. I love to spread the many benefits of this wonderful art, and help others improve all areas of their lives.
Shifu Chris Friedman brings 36 years of martial arts experience to his students. Twelve of those years were spent in China. Shifu Friedman holds black belt ranks and teacher certificates in the following martial arts systems: Tang Soo Do, Bujinkan Ninjutsu, UMS American Karate, Shuai Jiao {Chinese wrestling},and Shaolin Kung Fu. Shifu Friedman hold a degree in Psychology, and is also a writer who has had over 40 articles published in well know Martial arts magazine.
