About Thomas
I have been teaching and training in the Martial arts for over 30 years. Among my achievements are world, National and State competition titles. I have studied White Crane, Chinese Boxing and White Dragon kung Fu. Our mission statement is "Making the world a better place one community at a time."
What makes my work so enjoyable is getting to meet and train so many people. Training and watching individuals develope and achieve goals that they thought were unachievable in the beginning.
