Sensei Frank is a very knowledgeable and patient instructor. A stickler for the details and truly wants to give a thorough understanding of true Okinawan Karate. As a student of various martial arts for more than 20 years he is without a doubt one of the best instructors I have EVER worked with.

Very professional and informative as to application and versatility of style....motivational and inspirational in progress of tasks and techniques..i regret that my personal life and responsibilities had become a priority during this point in my life but i know if i were able to return and continue it would be as good if not better than it was before... truly a time i will always remember and chrish.

Sensei Frank Cantrell is a wonderful teacher. His classes are small so the training is more personal and tailored to the students individual needs. Sensei is very knowledgeable in kata & self defense. I whole-heartily recommend his classes!
