About Ann
I am currently a music education major at K-State and love teaching and helping people understand and improve! I have been giving private trumpet lessons for 4 years and through this have learned how to work with students to find what strategies work best for them across all subjects.
I love helping students learn and helping them find the best ways for them to learn. I love working with students and getting to know them as people.
I have my GED and am currently sophomore studying music education at Kansas State University. I have been giving private trumpet lessons for four years and have experience teaching and tutoring across several other subjects.

When I start working with a new student, the first thing I do is find out what they want to get out of tutoring. Are they looking to raise a grade, prepare for a test or future class, or just improve at a skill? Then I find out how they learn and what teaching style works best for them. I form a different strategy for each student. I work with and for my students so they are getting the most out of tutoring as possible.
