About Aayla
I’m a current high school student who has excelled in mathematics all my life. I am brand new to tutoring but have lots of experience teaching 5-6th grade students. I am most comfortable tutoring people with elementary school math but am open to tutoring middle school as well! My personal approach to teaching kids is to make it seem both fun and find personal ways to help them understand. What I have learned from teaching middle school is that no kid learns in the same ways so it is important to be very adaptable in the way that you teach them. The most important thing for me is that they feel exited about learning and not something they dread.
