About Sofia
I have taken a host of math courses, including AP Calculus BC, Linear Algebra and Differential Equations, and Calculus III. I also have Regents credits in Algebra 1, Algebra 2 and Trigonometry, and Geometry.
In addition, during my time as a High School Instructor at Khan's Tutorial, I helped students with Regents Algebra I and II, Geometry, Trigonometry, Precalculus, and Calculus I. I have also done freelance tutoring for Calculus I and SAT Math and Reading.

I assess the student's skills, have a conversation about their strengths and weaknesses, and collaborate to identify which subject areas they need the most help with. Then, we refine these skills through practice problems, homework help, and exam preparation.
