About Tasneem
I have a passion for teaching and am focused towards students making sense of their work. I have been working as a middle school and then highschool teacher until recently. I earned my Bachelors and Teaching Certification from the University of North Texas in Denton, TX.
I was always helping my peers in mathematics in Middle School. I idolized my aunt who was a teacher there and that got me into wanting to become a teacher.
I have a Bachelors and Teaching Certificate from the University of North Texas.

I would first get to know my student, his likes, dislikes and his proficiency level on the subject.
All types. I have taught 4th graders, all the way to some adults going back to complete college.
Ask for a reference, and go with gut feeling. You must feel comfortable with your tutor. Your tutor should be honest with you and be willing to listen and guide you at your level.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Be honest and open. It's always the best policy. The better the teacher understands you, the more helpful he/she can be to guide you to success. Also, remember to be respectful. It makes the teacher go the extra mile sometimes.
