About Lynette
I have been tutoring students from Kindergarten to 12th grade for 15 years. I am certified in ESE K-12 and Elementary K-6. I have an ESOL endorsement and I am on the way to pursuing an endorsement in Autism. I believe in teaching and the purpose behind learning. I go above and beyond to help others!
I love what I do! My childhood dream was to be a teacher and here I am fulfilling that dream. The satisfaction I receive when a child finally "gets it", is priceless! My goal is to help students learn, truly understand what and why they are learning, and guide them in the direction of their goals.
I always wanted to be a teacher since I was a little girl. Fifteen years ago, I started volunteering at a school for children with special needs while I was in college. I am currently teaching at that school today.
I have been a Middle School ESE teacher for 8 years and tutoring children from K-12 for 15 years. I was also an inclusion Pre-K 4 teacher for one year.
