About Cathy
I am a MA certified math teacher I have been teaching for ten years. I have tutored 7th grade Math through Algebra 2.
I love being able to take math and break it down to make it easy for people to understand. It doesn't need to be complicated!
I've been teaching for ten years in the middle school setting. I taught in Fall River and New Bedford before I settled in at Westport. I have been tutoring as well elementary school through Algebra 2.

I would have them some me an example of what they are working on and how they do it so I can see where they are getting stuck and what issues they have. Most kids know more than they think and need help getting over some humps.
I've worked with enrichment and special needs. I work with the student wherever they are at and move from there.
