About Elaina
I am a solo tutor looking to help pre-k through 12th grade students in need of help with gen ed topics. I am currently in college and hope to go into professional teaching or research, and want to gain more experience through tutoring. I had almost all straight A's throughout my middle and high school career and took multiple AP classes.
I have no professional experience tutoring, but many friends and family have always turned to me for help on papers and homework assignments.

I like to have an initial meeting to get to know the student and their learning style. I like to talk about where they are struggling and look at some of their best work to see what they can achieve.
Definitely find someone who has a similar style and personality to make it easier to share and translate thoughts on the topic.
