I am a third-year college student majoring in neuroscience. I have 2 years of private tutoring experience. I have taken AP Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Calculus, as well as multiple STEM college courses. I like to use a hands-on approach, integrating many different teaching techniques to ensure you understand the material and can succeed in your class. I look forward to helping you on your educational journey!
I am a premed student and I have a bachelors degree from the University of Oregon. I have 4 years of private tutoring experience. I have taken advanced (AP) classes in high school as well as many upper-division STEM classes at my university.

Generally, I like to spend the first session understand the student's goals as well as their strengths and weaknesses. I ask that they bring materials and questions to their sessions so that I can most efficiently help them.
I have worked with a variety of students ranging from K-12.
I would suggest reaching out via email, social media, etc. to see how comfortable they are with the material you need help with. I would also ask about their teaching style and see if it matches what you are looking for.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Have a good idea of what you are struggling with so that you can clearly express your concerns and needs.

Bella was very helpful. She took her time to explain things to me, even if it took multiple times. My bio teacher was horrible and she helped me pass the class!
I really got a lot out of our sessions together. She helped me prepare for my midterm exam for my chemistry class. I don't think I could've passed without her!
She was very engaging and kind. She helped me with my Biochemistry homework problems.
