About Spencer
I am flexible, love working with students and have experience tutoring remotely. I have also spent a lot of time volunteering as a tutor which highlights my love for helping students.
I love seeing tutor sessions pay off with the improvement of the students' grades as well as overall confidence in their ability to complete tasks/problems.
I started tutoring in high school as a source of service hours and learned I had a passion for helping others and started volunteer tutoring outside of school.
I have been a volunteer tutor for almost 4 years. Recently, I started remote tutoring with students working on homework and teaching new topics including science and math. In the past I have worked with Future Forward Tutoring, a volunteer tutoring program.

I am a remote tutor so tutor sessions will be over Google Meets or Zoom, whichever the student prefers. Before the sessions start, we will discuss over email or phone the topics/subjects and availibility.

Whenever I had homework that I didn't understand, Spencer would teach me in detail, and also gave me examples to understand the concept better.
My daughter is in 7th grade and had tutoring for science and math. She is a very dedicated and explained very well whatever questions that my daughter had. She is a very excellent tutor and I highly recommend her to become anyone's tutor.
My tutor experience was so amazing. She helped me so much with my homework and is super friendly. She is great at communicating, and is always very prepared for my sessions.
