About Devan
I have an abundance of patience and have the ability to explain things in different ways until the student understands.
There is nothing I love more than helping others succeed.
I have always had a passion for teaching so I began volunteering with adults going back to get their GED. I have also participated in the Junior Achievement program.
I have a Bachelor's degree and an MBA.

First, I like hear from the student and understand what type of learner they are and what I can do different from other teachers or tutors to help them succeed.
I have worked with adults, 1st grade, and high school students.
I would advise a student to be up front with their learning sytle and ask the teacher if they are capable of teaching them that way.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students should focus on what works best for them as far as comprehension.
