About Tiffany
I believe I have an extraordinary opportunity to assist and support children through their individual learning paths. I take this opportunity seriously because I understand that it can have a great impact on children’s lives and on the type of society we are helping create.
I am committed to not only using my knowledge and skills, but also and more importantly, to be an integral part of my student’s development. This sincere interest in each student's personal growth is my primary motivation.
As my full-time job, I work in the hospitality industry, especially in human resources. In HR, I am allowed the privilege of helping others to better know themselves and to truly embrace and maximize their natural talents, and all the while I am strengthening a team, organizaiton or culture.
With that in mind, I have the same mentality with teaching. All throughout college and the beginning of my full-time career in the hospitality industry, I babysat and tutored on the side. The job of working with children gives me great satisfaction. I love interacting with them, learning from them, helping them understand the content of any course and I love when they see the connection between what they are learning and their lives.

The first lesson is centered around finding out what the student already knows, and where the holes are in their musical knowledge so I can determine what to focus on. We also speak about the student’s goals, and then figure out the best way to proceed.
