About Adad
Christine Gregoire wrote, Education is the foundation upon which we build our future. I have based my career on that principal. I have 19 years of experience working with students at different levels of study, with a focus on math, science, and technology. The primary objective of my career has been the betterment of the Latino community through education, technology, and art. I have a proven record of assisting high school students transition into life-long learners.
I fell in love with teaching right out of high school. I come from a long line of educators.
I have 18 years of experience as a high school educator. I have tutored students at multiple different levels for 10 years.

I start by identifying the needs of my students. I have a few assessment excersizes I do to see their level of understanding. I then talk to them about their goals and see where they would like to be at the end of our session. Then I design a curriculum that will help them acheive that goal. I use different activities that make learning fun.
I am certified to work with k-12 Math and Science in both Spanish and English.
A profile will never be as accurate as an in-person meeting. You can quickly get an idea of how effective a teacher will be by meeting them face-to-face and asking them questions that are important to you.
