About Maria
My name is Maria Amanullah, and I am a Pakistani citizen. I am 36 years old, married and the mother of 1 child. Teaching is one of my passions and I have been teaching students from Class 3 to A Levels since my high school days. Besides teaching my other interests are travelling, cooking, and charity work among others.
I have 6 years of quality and result-oriented teaching experience. My classes are based on teaching methodologies I've created and modified so that students gain maximum knowledge and understanding. My teaching methods include practical examples, easy solutions to complex questions, and interactive quiz sessions in a relaxed environment. One of my major goals is to develop a keen sense of interest and ownership among my students so that they do not get bored of the monotonous tone of the subject. My methodology has focused on getting desired results in a fun, calm and interactive environment.
I would invite students to book a trial session with me where they can have practical hands-on experience with my teaching style, methodologies and goal setting. The session would also help both the students and me to assess and understand one another and how we can compliment each other which could be mutually beneficial to all.
I have an MSc degree in Mathematics from Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science and Technology (FUUAST) which is one of the top-ranked university in Pakistan. Furthermore, I have passed my degree programme with CGPA 4.0 and First Class classification.
I have hands-on training and experience in tutoring using online tools like Zoom, Skype, Microsoft Teams, etc.

I would invite students to book a free trial session with me where they can have practical hands-on experience with my teaching style, methodologies and goal setting. I have worked with students ranging from Class 8 onwards till Class 12 as well as O and A Level students (British Education Standard).
I have dealt with almost all types of students ranging from gifted to moody to difficult to work with and have had an amazing experience teaching them.
I would advise students to check out and analyze teaching methods including practical examples, easy solutions to complex questions, and interactive sessions in a relaxed environment.
