About Aalaila
This tutoring service specializes in Elementary - Junior High math. Ask questions about a more advanced Math subject to see if our tutor can help. Our tutor is a 12th grade senior who has taken courses in a wide variety of Math subjects.
Tutor: I am well versed in Mathematics, it is also my favorite subject. I have maintained a 4.15 GPA throughout my highschool career and I am currently nominated for a POSSE Scholarship. My goal is to teach others about the wonders of Math.
I started out helping classmates and family members with school work to gradually working with family friends and so on and so forth.
I am a high school senior, so I have taken courses in all Elementary & Junior High math. I have also mastered many highschool Math courses. Since I am also a student I have new and fresh ways of tutoring students and all of the material is fresh and in mind.

When first starting sessions with a student, I typically ask what the student is struggling in. For example, "what is more challenging: homework, quizzes/tests, or classwork?" I get to know the students strengths and weaknesses and also the best way for them to learn.
I have worked with 1st- 5th graders as well as many middle school students.
