About Melissa
Hi there I am Melissa from Switzerland, I have been living in the US for over 8 years. I am a self motivated individual who enjoys teaching and learning. I speak English, German, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese so lessons can be given in different languages if needed.
I love mathematics and I find it fascinating, however, it is important to understand it properly, otherwise it would turn into a nightmare. I believe that people have different ways to learn and it is important to know it so it becomes easy for the student and the teacher.
The lessons are usually held in your home.
I am available from Mondays to Thursdays after 18:00, and Fridays after 16:00.
Throughout my experience as part of the student ambassador`s team, I develop mentoring skills whilst tutoring student from different colleges and sixth forms.

During the development of my degree, I was involved with the summer school program at my University, where I offered my help to students who wished to improve their grades to be able to get into higher education programs.
