About Daniel
I love teaching math! I have worked as a teacher and math tutor for 6 years. I also have my Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics. Throughout it all, I live to help students make sense of challenging problems. What's more, experience has taught me that high-stakes tests like the SAT and the ACT are actually very predictable. Please let me know how I can help!
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Arizona. Additionally, I have taught high school math for two years and worked for a private tutoring company for four.

The first few minutes are usually spent assessing a student's strenghts and weaknesses, as well as learning about the class they are in. Then it's right to the lesson! I like to demonstrate problems on the board, and then have the student work through similar problems to demonstrate knowledge. But every student is different, and no one approach works for everyone!
