About Rachel
Hi! My name is Rachel Anders, and I am a current junior at Stanford University studying Human Biology. I've worked as a private tutor for the past three summers for Aptitude Academics in Park City, Utah. I do test prep for ACT and SAT, and I teach math and science classes as well as general organizational skills.
I love interacting with my students and seeing progress! Tutoring is a very personal activity, and I enjoy getting to know students and helping them reach their goals.

The first session is usually to determine what a student does and doesn't know, what their learning style is like, and what their goals are. I then devise a lesson plan to guide our future sessions. I provide materials like practice tests and study handouts, and together we strive towards those goals.

I worked with Rachel last summer for ACT prep. When I took the test again in September I went up 4 points. She's so funny and really helped me!
